Delivery of merchandise other than bicycles

Our non-bicycle merchandise is delivered by courier, and should be at your nominated address within 3 or 4 working days.

Delivery of bicycles

We believe the best service is 100% personal, so we deliver your brand new Pashley bicycle ourselves. We bring it from our Greytown workshop when we have assembled and tested it, and we make sure you are happy with it before we leave.

Bicycle delivery to the South Island

We deliver orders to the South Island six times a year. Our next delivery periods are:

  • Week commencing 10th December 2018 (final orders needed by 7th December)

  • Week commencing 11th February 2019 (final orders 8th February)

  • Week commencing 29th April 2019 (final orders 26th April)

Subsequent delivery periods will be posted at a later date.

Bicycle delivery to the upper North Island (Taupo north)

We deliver orders to the upper North Island six times a year. Our next delivery periods are:

  • Week commencing 17th December 2018 (final orders needed by 14 December)

  • Week commencing 18th February 2019 (final orders 15th February)

  • Week commencing 23rd April 2019 (Tuesday after Easter - final orders 18th April)

Subsequent delivery periods will be posted at a later date.

Bicycle delivery to the lower North Island (Taupo south)

We deliver orders to the lower North Island every few weeks.

Wherever you live, our General Manager Mr Shane Kelly will be in touch to discuss your delivery preference.

Express delivery options

If you just can’t wait for your Pashley (and who could blame you?), there are other options:

  • You can collect your ready-to-ride bicycle from our Greytown emporium yourself. We’d love to see you and show you around our amazing store and spunky little village.

  • When you check out from our online store, you can opt to pay an Express Delivery fee of $100. We’ll then deliver your unassembled bicycle within 1-3 days to your nearest bike shop, who will put it together for you on our behalf. We’ll do all the liaising for you, although you’re welcome to nominate the bike shop you’d like us to deliver to (note this in the ‘comments’ section when you check out). You won’t need to worry about a thing, other than getting ready to amaze your neighbours with your brand-new two-wheeled work of art.
